Inspired by ancient Andean stories of creation, MYTHS (Mitos) reflects on notions of native identity, ancestral origin and indigenous South American dance rituals while questioning Western masculine archetypes and recent de-colonial discourses. MYTHS (Mitos) is a Performance Art and Butoh work that integrates corporal movement, textual narratives, sounds and visual elements to create an immersive multi sensorial environment accommodating itself to new spaces or territories.
