Oslo Body-Mind Centering® training 2024 – 2025 with Olive Bieringa & Otto Ramstad

This comprehensive training in Body-Mind Centering® is offered for the first time in Norway.

Are you are inspired by the process of embodiment? Do you want to develop ways to move in consciousness and presence? Are you interested in embodied anatomy and developmental movement? Do you want to facilitate movement and embodiment in a range of settings? Are you an artist, therapist, educator or researcher who wants to deepen your somatic approach in your work?

This  training is for movers, dancers, performers, yoga practitioners,  bodyworkers, occupational and physical therapists, somatic  psychotherapists, infant/child educators, and those from other body-mind  disciplines interested in cellular consciousness, movement, and  mindfulness. No prior experience with Body-Mind Centering® is necessary.

Courses can be taken individually or you can join the whole 165 hour training over two years.
